In the week of October 10th 2023, we celebrate the completion of the MSCA SuperCol ITN project – a project of Peter Zijlstra – with the organisation of the last live meeting for the consortium.

Yesterday, we found scholars out of the field of nanotechnology available to update us on the most recent developments.

During the fully booked symposium – With Light into the Nanoworld – we’ve received great insights from our speakers Frank Scheffold (University Fribourg), Susana Rocha (KU Leuven), Rodolphe Marie (DTU), Philip Tinnefeld (LMU Munich), Sophie Marbach (Sorbonne University), and Jianfang Wang (Chinese University of Hong Kong).
A great day, with great interactions, and a lot of great networking!
And there is more to come! The remaining of this week we’ll be visiting the Helia and TU/e Labs, and we’ll conclude with a company tour, visiting Thermo Fisher and ASML.

We can already look back at a highly successful project where the first Fellows are already prepared to defend their thesis next month!

The SuperCol project is coordinated by Peter Zijlstra (scientific coordination) and Berend Van Den Berge (project manager) of the RSO Project Management Office
