Supercol/E-MRS speaker: Prof. Benoit P. Pichon

To continue our second session: “Super-resolution microscopy and nanoparticles”, Prof. Benoit P. Pichon will present the talk “Design and Assembly Strategies of Magnetic Nanoparticles”.

He is a full-time professor from the University of Strasbourg since 2020 and honorary member of the Institut Universitaire de France. His work focuses on the design of magnetic nanoparticles, combining different metal oxides phases in order to produce rare earth free nanoparticles as permanent magnets.

He is particularly interested in studying their properties as a function of their composition, structure and dimensionality of the assemblies.
