Workshop on acquisition and analysis of super-resolution microscopy data

Last week SuperCol organized its first workshop on super-resolution microscopy (SRM) and data analysis. The workshop, organized by Eindhoven University of Technology, included lectures on the basics of SRM, live-streamed demonstrations of SRM equipment in the consortium, and online sessions to get trained in data analysis.

This workshop laid the basis for many of our future optical experiments, and highlighted the state-of-the-art in SRM that we will build on. The workshop was organized online due to the travel restrictions, but was nevertheless a great success and even included an online team-building activity!
